Completion or acceptance of the Steno membership application does not create a tenancy but a prepaid usage licence to use the provided amenities on a monthly or casual basis. This license may be renewed each month for Open Desk, Dedicated Desk, or Office memberships with consent of each party. The Steno Terms and Conditions (STC) must be adhered to at all times. Failure to follow the STC can result in non renewal or even early termination of the usage license.
