This SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made subject to approval by the Court, as defined herein, by Plaintiffs Kevin and Susan Schaefer, David and Nicole Warkentien, and John and Jeanne Rumans (the “Named Plaintiffs”), as the proposed representatives of the “JPMCB/CHF Settlement Class,” as defined herein, and Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC (“JPMCB/CHF” or “Settling Defendant”). The Named Plaintiffs and JPMCB/CHF are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
