This Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement is entered into by all participants of the Program, as defined above. The term “participants” as used herein includes students, staff, faculty, and all other persons that participate and travel in association with the Program. Participants are voluntarily registered in the Program.
