The Parties agree that this Agreement sets out the terms and conditions upon which the Supplier is appointed to act on behalf of the Client to (i) act as intermediary between the Client and Insolvency Practitioners and (ii) provide the Services in relation to Accounts of the Client that have become subject to an Insolvency Case.
