This Solar Facility Siting Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of , 2025 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between King George County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”), and Gibson Solar I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Applicant”). The County and Applicant are herein each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”.
