This tastytrade Futures Customer Agreement (“Futures Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which tastytrade, Inc. (“tastytrade” or the “Firm”), a registered Introducing Broker (“IB”) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commissions (“CFTC”), will govern all of your accounts for trading futures (collectively, the “Futures Account”) that you own either individually or jointly with others (“You”, “Customer”) and that tastytrade introduces to Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex”), a registered Futures Commission Merchant (“FCM”). tastytrade will act as your broker in the purchase or sale of futures contracts and options on futures (collectively, the “Commodity Interests”) in the Futures Account.
