This Agreement details the licence and terms of service (“Terms”) that Wonde Limited ("we", “our”, “us” or “Wonde”) grants to schools and educational establishments (“Schools”) and any authorised users (to include but not limited to pupils, students, teachers, administrative staff and/or parents) (collectively referred to as “you” or “your”). These terms govern your use of Wonde’s software comprising of its Datasync application ( “Datasync”).
