THIS Contract for Administration of a Prescription Drug Card and Mail Order Program, hereinafter referred to as (“Contract”) is effective January 1, 2015 (“Effective Date”) by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and OptumRx Adminstrative Services LLC, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, with a place of business at 1600 McConnor Parkway, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
