This End-User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is the legal agreement made by and between Licensee (as the registered representative and on behalf of a single entity) (“Licensee”) and cPacket Networks Inc., together with any parent, subsidiary, affiliate or division, (“Licensor”) for any software, or service(s), which may include, without imitation, media, printed materials, accompanying services, content package(s), cloud-based software and/or cloud-based or electronic documentation (together the “cPacket Product”). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the cPacket Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA and any applicable order for cPacket Product (each an “Order”). If Licensee does not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, open, access or use the cPacket Product and, pursuant to cPacket’s direction, either (i) immediately return the cPacket Product, as well as any accompanying hardware (“Hardware”), in its origin
