This ClockOn Free Micro STP Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ClockOn Pty Limited (ABN 83 095 696 049) for the use of the ClockOn Free Micro STP version that you have selected. By completing the Free Micro STP registration process and installing the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. 1. INTRODUCTION: This Agreement governs your use of the ClockOn Free Micro STP version developed and owned by ClockOn Pty Limited. 2. ACCEPTANCE: Acceptance of this Agreement is deemed to have occurred upon submission of the ClockOn Free Micro STP version registration form on the ClockOn website. 3. USER OBLIGATIONS: You shall have sole responsibility for acquiring and maintaining your own technology environment, including but not limited to PC’s, operating systems, servers, Internet access and local area networks. 4. TERMINATION: ClockOn Pty Limited, at its sole discretion, may modify the ClockOn Free Micro STP version, o
