INSTALLATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, (“County”), and COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL INC., a Florida for profit corporation whose address is 4450 U.S. Highway 1, Vero Beach, Florida 32967 (“Contractor”), which parties may individually be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
