This License and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between the ordering entity (“Customer”) and Contractor (“Orbis Operations, LLC” or “Orbis”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Customer will license or access certain Orbis commercial Products and contract for certain commercial Services from Orbis and pursuant to which Orbis will provide such Products and/or Services to Customer.
