, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the CITY OF YORBA LINDA, a municipal corporation, acting as the Housing Successor Entity to the Yorba Linda Redevelopment Agency pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34176 (the "City"), ORANGE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("OHDC"), and C & C DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC, a California limited liability company ("C&C," and jointly, severally, and collectively with OHDC, the "Developer"). City and Developer are sometimes referred to hereinafter individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
