AGREEMENT (this "Amended Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Williamson County (“WILCO”), on behalf of the Williamson County Sheriff, and Family Hospital Management Company, LLC a Texas limited liability company (“FHMC”), and Round Rock Outpatient Services, PLLC, a Texas professional limited liability corporation (“RROP”). WILCO, FHMC, and RROP are referred to herein each individually as a "party," and collectively the "parties."
