This Agreement for Professional Engineering Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and APEX Consulting Group, Inc., (“Engineer”), a company authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. County and Engineer may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
