THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Purchase Agreement”) is made by and between LODGE HALE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, whose place of business and post office address is 20645 North Pima Road, #195, Scottsdale Arizona 85255 (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), and “Purchaser” named in Article II below, and shall be effective upon the date of execution by Seller (the “Reference Date”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
