This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) (“MCP”) and Inland Regional Center (“Regional Center”), effective as of 01/01/2024. Regional Center, MCP, and MCP’s relevant Subcontractors and/or Downstream Subcontractors are referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
