These Legal Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you on behalf of a legal entity (“Customer”), and Barracuda Networks, Inc. (“Barracuda”), and apply to your purchase and use of Barracuda Products, regardless of source. If you do not agree to the foregoing, you must discontinue the installation or use of the Products. Otherwise, upon acceptance of a Quote to purchase Products, or upon use of Free Products (“Effective Date”), you: (a) represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the Customer; and (b) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If Customer has a separate, signed agreement with Barracuda that governs the acquisition and use of Products, then that document will apply instead of this Agreement.
