This Agreement, entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the County of Humboldt, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and Klamath-Trinity Non-Emergency Transportation, a non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR,” is made upon the following considerations:
