This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2024, (the “Effective Date”) by and between HDR Architecture, Inc.(hereinafter referred to as “HDR”) and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, (hereinafter referred to as “the County”). Collectively HDR and the County may be referred to as “the Parties”. Individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
