THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this date , pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) §§ 11-951 through 11-954, as amended, among the STATE OF ARIZONA, acting by and through its DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (the “State” or “ADOT”) and the COUNTY OF MARICOPA, acting by and through its BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, a political subdivision of the State, (the “County”), TTRG GLENDALE 101 NORTHERN AZ, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (the “Developer”) and the CITY OF GLENDALE, acting by and through its MAYOR and City Council (the City). The State, the County, the Developer, and the City are each individually referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
