This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between, Comm South Companies, Inc., d/b/a Kentucky Comm South (“Kentucky Comm South”), a Texas corporation, having an office at 6830 Walling Lane, Dallas, Texas 75231, and ALLTEL Communications Service Corporation (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, for and on behalf of the affiliated local exchange carriers identified in Attachment 1: ALLTEL Affiliated Local Exchange Carriers (collectively the Parties).
