This Amendment No. 1 is made and entered into in duplicate this 17th day of December, 2021, by and between the Jacksonville Aviation Authority, a Florida public body politic and corporate whose address is 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 (the “Authority”) and IRIS Ltd., Inc. (“Contractor”), a corporation authorized to do business with the state of Florida regarding the Agreement by and between the Parties dated December 30, 2019, for Access Control Supplies (“Agreement”).
