The collective bargaining agreement by and between the American Guild of Musical Artists (“AGMA”) and Ballet Theatre Foundation, Inc. d/b/a American Ballet Theatre (“ABT”), which expired by its terms as of July 31, 2020 (the “CBA”), and which continued in effect thereafter as modified by Memoranda of Agreement by and between AGMA and ABT for the term August 1, 2020 through and including February 14, 2021 and for the term February 15, 2021 through and including August 31, 2021 (collectively, the “Modified CBA”), shall continue in full force and effect as modified below:
