This is an application for license to use East Beach Upper Private Picnic Area located at 28051 Lanzarote, Mission Viejo, in accordance with the following terms and conditions set forth below. If the application is approved by Lake Mission Viejo Association, it shall become a pending License Agreement between Lake Mission Viejo and applicant upon payment to LMVA of all required fees. EAST BEACH MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
