An AGREEMENT, made this 15th day of November 2021, effective November 18, 2021, unless otherwise stated, by and between the CITY OF CHARLEVOIX, hereinafter referred to as the "City" or "Employer," and the COMMUNICATION WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union."
