This DEPOSIT AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is executed as of the day of November, 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and among the CITY OF CARSON, a California municipal corporation (“City”), the CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY, a California joint powers authority (“Authority”, together with the City, the “City Parties”), and DISTRICT ESSENTIAL HOUSING LLC, a California limited liability company (“Developer”). City, Authority and Developer may be referred to, individually or collectively, as “Party” or “Parties.”
