The purpose of this affiliation agreement is to guide and direct a working relationship between the State of Florida, Department of Health, Monroe County Health Department, hereinafter referred to as the “DEPARTMENT”, and The College of the Florida Keys by and through its Department of Sciences and Nursing an institution providing Nursing and Allied Health education, hereinafter referred to as the “SCHOOL”, for the provision of learning opportunities for nursing, medical assistant, emergency medical technician and paramedic students.
