This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between SUBDIVIDER NAME (the “Subdivider”), TRUSTEE NAME, as Trustee under Trust Number TRUST NUMBER, and not in its corporate capacity (the “Trustee”), and the TOWN OF SAHUARITA, ARIZONA, a municipal corporation (the “Town”). The Subdivider, the Trustee and the Town are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties,” any one of which is sometimes referred to as a “Party.”
