The Park Board completed its annual performance evaluation of Executive Director Rogers and discussed his employment agreement and compensation with him on April 14, 2025 in Closed Session pursuant to 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1) for the “appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body.”
