This Agreement is made this day of 2017, between the City of Santa Rosa, a municipal corporation ("CITY"), and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa ("CONTRACTOR") a California non-profit corporation, for the operation of the Samuel L. Jones Hall Homeless Shelter located at 4020 Finley Avenue (the entire structure and surrounding property hereinafter referred to as the “SHELTER”).
