EVENT HIRE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made by BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER: 1. Basis of this Agreement This is an event hire agreement (this ‘Agreement’) between the Museum (as defined in the attached Hirer Terms) and the party identified in Part 2 below (the “Hirer”) (each a “Party”, together “Parties”). This Agreement sets out the terms on which the Hirer wishes to hire the Museum’s events space (as further described below as the ‘Event Space’) for the event (as further described below as the ‘Event’) Once signed by both Parties this front sheet together with the annexed terms and conditions (the “Hire Terms”) shall constitute a legally binding contract between the Museum and the Hirer. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this front sheet and the annexed terms and conditions, then the provisions of this front sheet (including any Special Terms below) shall prevail. 2.
