This Grant Agreement is entered into by and between the Florida Department of Management Services (the “Department” or “DMS”) and [Levy County] (“Grantee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The terms of this Agreement encompass and supplement the terms and conditions contained in W Form 1A, 911 Rural County Grant Program (the “Application”), incorporated by reference in Rule 60FF1- 5.002, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), and the Grantee’s award letter.
