This Agreement is made and entered into between the Charter Township of Waterford, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Michigan, whose address is 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329 (“Township”) through its Waterford Regional Fire Department (“W.R.F.D”) and the City of Pontiac whose address is 47450 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac, Michigan 48324 ("City"). Township and City may be referred to jointly as the (“Parties”) or individually as a (“Party”)
