This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the attached listed participants (hereinafter “Program Partners”) and the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), each recipient as defined in 49 CFR Part 26.81 and in accordance with SCDOT approved Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and 49 CFR Part 26.39 for the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program.
