This Order is not binding on Buyer until Seller accepts the Order in writing or starts to perform in accordance with the Order. If Seller does not accept the Order in writing or provide written notice that it has commenced performance within five (5) days of Seller's receipt of the Order, this Order will lapse. Buyer may withdraw the Order at any time before it is accepted by Seller.
