THIS POLE ATTACHMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made by and between the City of Cheney, a non-charter code city of the State of Washington (the "Licensor") and Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, (the "Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee are jointly referred to as the "Parties."
