This PUBLIC ART EASEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made on this day of August, 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho (“City”), and the Meridian Library District, a public library district organized under the laws of the state of Idaho (“Grantor”). (City and Grantor may hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Parties.”)
