This Agreement is made by and between Spika Design & Manufacturing, Inc. (“SPIKA”) and the supplier of goods and/or services to SPIKA ("SUPPLIER"). As a SUPPLIER to SPIKA, it is understood that your organization agrees to meet the following stipulations and requirements. These requirements are to be considered Terms and Conditions to all purchase orders issued by SPIKA. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be stated on the purchase order. These terms and conditions apply to all SUPPLIERS of products and services to SPIKA which are used in products supplied by SPIKA to our customers.
