THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into by and between the County of Merced, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as "County"), and Community Health Centers of America, a nonprofit public benefit corporation, located at 5200 Pirrone Court, Suite A, Salida, CA 95368 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
