THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “Lease”) is made and entered into this 10th day of October, 2023, by and between the Arlington Heights Park District, an Illinois park district and unit of local government ("Park District"), and the Board of Education of Arlington Heights School District No. 25, Cook County, Illinois, a body politic and corporate (“School District”). Park District and School District are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
