This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of San Antonio, a Texas Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”) acting by and through its City Manager, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2011-03-10-0189 passed and approved on the 10th day of March, 2011, and Erben & Yarbrough acting through its principal Randall H. Erben (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”), both of which may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
