This Master Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Okta, Inc. (“Okta”) and your organization (“Customer”) as of the Effective Date (as defined below). This Agreement applies only if Customer is domiciled in Japan. The individual accepting this Agreement on behalf of Customer represents that they have the authority to bind Customer to this Agreement. If the individual does not have such authority, or if the individual does not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such individual must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service and/or any Free Trial.
