This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of December 7, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), between PacOptic Networks, LLC (“PacOptic”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices at 20130 Lakeview Center Plaza, Ashburn, VA 20147 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and PacOptic may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
