This Agreement applies to the following positions: Medical practitioners who are registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003) in a vocational scope of practice in one of the approved branches of medicine and who are employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight and currently employed as a Lecturer, Senior Research Fellow, Senior Lecturer Professional Teaching Fellow, Associate Professor or Professor and have a current license to practice.
