This Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is by and between the Organization set forth in the initial page of this Agreement (the "Customer" or "you") and DotCom Therapy, Inc. ("DotCom") and will become effective upon the date of full execution by the Customer and DotCom (“Effective Date”), for commencement on the Contract Start Date and will terminate on the Contract End Date.
