This Terminal Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed September 20, 2006 between Valero Logistics Operations, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership with offices at One Valero Way, San Antonio, Texas 78249-1616 (“Terminal Company”), and Valero Marketing and Supply Company, a Delaware corporation with offices at One Valero Way, San Antonio, Texas 78249-1616 (“Customer”).
