WHEREAS, COUNTY requires professional services to accomplish projects and/or services (“PROJECTS/SERVICES”) as described in MA-080-19010563 MA-080-19011990 Scope Of Work for A- E Design & Environmental Services for Bridge No. 55C0174 in Silverado Canyon, hereinafter referred to as “Attachment A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
