This Agreement on the Conditions for Posting Consignments and Payment of the Price of Consignments (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) is made by the above-mentioned Parties (each will hereinafter individually be referred to as “a Party” and collectively as “the Parties”) in accordance with section 1746 subsection 2 of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Civil Code”).
