This Jitterbit Master Subscription Agreement (Reseller) (“Agreement”) governs the supply by Jitterbit, Inc, a Delaware corporation with principal offices located at 1101 Marina Village parkway, Suite 201, Alameda, CA 94501 (“Jitterbit”) and End User. By clicking a box indicating acceptance to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, by executing an Order that references this Agreement, or by proceeding with use of the Platform provided by the Authorized Reseller, the End User agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions hereof.
